2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first paid subscription purchase, in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Request must be made within 14 calendar days of initial purchase date
- Applies only to first-time annual subscriptions (not renewals)
- One refund per customer
3. Subscription Renewals
Annual subscription renewals are non-refundable. You will receive email notifications before automatic renewal. Cancel your subscription anytime to prevent future charges.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.
5. Refund Exceptions
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- Subscription renewals (second year onwards)
- Requests made after 14 days from initial purchase
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
